What Ondreckly is

Ondreckly is a what's-on guide for Cornwall. We list events submitted by organisers so people can find out what's happening nearby. We are not a booking or ticketing service: where an event has tickets, we link out to the organiser's own booking page or a third-party platform (Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, etc.). We're not responsible for those external sites, their availability, or their content.

If you're an organiser

By submitting an event, you confirm that you're authorised to post on behalf of the business or organisation named, and that the details you provide are accurate. We review new organisers and events before they go live. We may remove or decline to publish any listing, at our discretion, for example if it's inaccurate, misleading, or breaches these terms.

If you're a visitor

The information on Ondreckly is provided in good faith based on what organisers tell us, but event details can change. Always check with the organiser directly before travelling to an event, especially for anything time-sensitive.

Intellectual property

The Ondreckly name, logo, and site design belong to Ondreckly. Event content belongs to the organisers who submit it.

Limitation of liability

Ondreckly is provided as-is. We do our best to keep listings accurate and the site running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on listed event details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
