Who we are

Ondreckly is run by Quentin, a sole trader based in Penzance, Cornwall. Contact: hello@ondreckly.com. Ondreckly is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number [ICO registration number].

What we collect

If you sign up as an organiser (Penzance and nearby towns): your business or organiser name, town, primary address, postcode, your name, WhatsApp number, and optionally your website and any notes you add.

If you join the organiser waitlist (other towns): your business or organiser name, your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and a free-text description of where you're based.

If you join the early-access waitlist (as a local or visitor): your email address and postcode.

If you just browse the site: an anonymous device identifier stored in your browser's local storage, used only to remember things like saved events later. No account, no name, no email attached to it.

Why we collect it

Organiser details are used to list your events and to contact you to verify your business before anything goes live. Waitlist details are used solely to notify you when Ondreckly reaches your area. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

  • Supabase: hosts our database (UK/EU region).
  • Resend: sends transactional emails (confirmations, notifications).
  • Cloudflare: hosts the site and provides privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (no cookie banner is shown because no tracking cookies are set).

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until we contact you or your town launches, whichever comes first. Organiser details are kept for as long as you're an active organiser on the platform, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email hello@ondreckly.com.
